Creation
Shockerbrown always likes to create things. Be creative. Before the music scene he was busy with websites, logos, photography, CD covers, wallpapers etc.
Addicted
All his life Shockerbrown is addicted to music. He likes all kinds of music. Music from the 70s and 80s to guitarrock, and from the guitars to the modern electronic scene.
So there was a moment he was very interested in producing music. He had some simple tools, but not the tools he wanted.
It was hard to understand how to make music in a cheap way. He was a poor student and he didnt had the money to buy expensive hardware.

Producing
In 2003 there was a guy who owned a piece of producing software. And damn, it was the program he always wanted. From that moment Shockerbrown could really produce his own music. A little bit later he was addicted by the sequencer. Producing music was really satisfying for him. In the first period he only tried to make some music.
At the beginning it was hard to understand the program cause he had zero music experience. But after another week he understood the program and he was ready to make some real music.

His way
He´s not that type to make normal things. Shockerbrown always wants to make his own things on his own way. He likes to experiment with sounds and convert his thoughts, ideas and feelings into music. Details are also very important for him. He thinks of himself more as artist then a as musician or composer.

He likes to experiment with self-recorded samples. A microphone and a simple voice recorder are the only hardware tools he has. Shockerbrown thinks it's nice to combine analogue sounds with the digital environment. He is always busy to be original with his concepts. Sometimes he puts some personal stuff into his music, but he also likes to make very minimal and simple things.

He doesn't know how he can describe his music. Shockerbrown think its sometimes a bit psychedelic. Maybe a flavour of Trip Hop, Ambient and IDM. But he doesnt like to place any labels on his music.
Shockerbrown's vision
Believe in your music! (its a cliché). Always try unexplored things. Dont underestimate the creative mind.
